Air source heat pumps are designed to absorb heat from the air outside into a fluid, this fluid then passes through a compressor to then increase the temperature.
There are two types of air source heat pumps-
- Air to Water Source that provides central heating as well as hot water.
- Air to Air Source that produces warm air circulated by fans.
